Can I have a freestanding punching bag in my 2nd story apartment? - hanging punching bag from garage door
I practice martial arts and boxing, and a regular punching bag hanging in my father's house and garage. I am in school and live in an apartment so obviously can not hang from the ceiling. I miss my punching bag routines during the school year, so I have a chance, would find a punching bag with me. I'm looking for a punching bag separately.
I have previously, but was on the floor, concrete floor in the Dukhan so do not know how it will be difficult, as I at the 2nd Floor of a building would be best. I would like to use courtesy and not jump to kicks, more punches and kicks only basis for the following people I would not jump to hear. My question is: It would hurt to think, to have a single sack of sand on the second floor? I see that you would be the basis of 200 liters of water probably is far from complete as much of the majority of the holes can not think, however, the weight could damage the roof?
Another option I have is keeping them on the porchand remove only if you are using, if I do. He could put a padlock and chain, so nobody could steal them and some kind of plan to help protect against the elements. The weather is bad, but since I live in the north, and it is not unusual that three feet of snow on the ground - well, I'm probably at home before winter. Do you think that would be the better choice?

I sincerely believe that your second option is the best. Either that, or you go somewhere in the neighborhood, where you are in is destroyed, and be saved. If you hold in your home that would be high. The weight of it, as you said, damage to the roof in particular, constant beatings and kicks. And yes, it would rather hinder the owner and sedentary children.

Yes, 2 in any case, the option I'd be more worried about leaks and damage to the roof. Moreover, it would be a lot of noise.
On a side note can also be filled with sand. You have to worry about not escape damage to the floor and the roof. The less weight you put it is likely, however, while kicking rebound.
Do you have hanging as a support for a bag? That, plus a heavy bag, you can type what you want (if the apartment) is very large. Jam-packed with water and hydro-core "give" a little more, so that sounds a little quieter this way can be.
Good luck to you!
