How do I take files on QuickBooks 2005 and copy them onto Quickbooks 2008 on a different computer? - quick books 2008 product number

I have a business and I have Quickbooks 2005 on my computer. I needed a new computer, so I went and bought one and I bought a new QuickBooks 2008th I have all my folders and items in my QuickBooks 2005 on my old computer to my new computer with QuickBooks 2008th Is it possible to transfer these files? What should I use to transfer files? And how do I transfer files from my old computer to my new one?
I appreciate the help, because when I called QuickBooks automated voice is not very useful.
